		<description>Donna, think u r perfectly justified in hating the term usability, but I think even the term IA should be rethought now. We as IA's are now asked to go beyond traditional IA and ID, and this reflects in our work that includes, but is not limited to SWOT, experience strategies, acquisition, retention strategy et al.

That is some "sage" advice that you have in your interview, but now we have to dome some assuaging to our traditional HCI grad usability friends :-)
