However I think it is important to note how an information-rich site is profoundly different to an interaction-rich site. Most egregiously he incorrectly trots out the old canard that a Web site isn't software. Sorry, Lane, but it is. Too, he sets up a straw man to then knock down--the staw man that ALL usability professionals ONLY do summative usability testing instead of formative testing.
